Sunscreen: Tips to Use it Well

As summer knocks you need sunscreen to shield yourself from sun rays. The most important thing is how to use it apart from which product to use.

There are no sunscreen which can shield you fully but the right way of applying right product can protects skin from ultra violet rays (which are harmful) such as UVA or UVB which not only create sunburn or skin aging but also is responsible for skin cancer.

In this article we will discuss some tips to maximize the effects of sunscreen when you apply next time.

Apply Sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher

Always apply sunscreen of SPF( Sun protection factor) 30 or above. Use enough with SPF of 30 or above daily to do its work effectively. The SPF in it absorbs or reflects the sun’s rays so that they will not damage your skin.

Choose Sunscreen with UVA and UVB Protection

Always opt for the product that provides UVA and UVB protection. Ultra Violet A(UVA) protects from rays which causes skin cancer. Ultra Violet A(UVA) shields skin from rays which causes skin burn.

Apply Sunscreen Regularly
